Lady GaGa was spotted as she was arriving back at her hotel in London, UK after playing her “Monster Ball” concert at The o2 Arena. The singer was sporting a red outfit with small pieces of black texture, ripped fishnet stockings, a black visor shaped mask across her face and forehead and a small video camera mounted on her shoulder at 1:30 AM (London time) of Saturday (February 27).
“The Fame” has been honored with a Diamond certification for having shipped more than 10 million copies worldwide. To date, actual sales of the album stand at 7,7 million copies (including the deluxe version – The Fame Monster + The Fame). Notice that there’s no official certification for worldwide sales/shipments, the diamond award is in analogy to the U.S.A. award (Diamond is achieved in the U.S. when the album crosses 10x Platinum for 10 million copies or more shipped). Lady GaGa was spotted leaving the restaurant Zuma in London, UK wearing a pair of horns in her head on Thursday (February 25). Earlier the same day, GaGa attended british designer (and her friend) Alexander McQueen funeral service that was held at The Saint Paul’s Church.
The first European leg of The Monster Ball Tour kicked off yesterday (February 18) in Manchester, UK at The MEN Arena. The new leg of the tour is completely different from the first leg in the U.S.A., including the setlist, where some songs were removed and some others were added and also other songs changed places in the setlist (check the setlist below), the stage and the concept of the new show is also completely different.
According to BBC, GaGa changed costumes 15 times during the 18 songs long show. Telephone was added to the setlist (it wasn’t in the U.S. leg), Moving plataforms and burning pianos also made part of the show, the final songs of the show were the same as in the U.S. leg: Poker Face, Paparazzi and Bad Romance.
